	The information that is provided by you will only be used to complete your order and will never be shared by a third party. KAM Photo Restoration respects clients’ right of privacy and has restricted policies to protect any kind of information obtained by them. We do not trade your email address, billing address and shipping address. We store your image files on our systems until the completion of photo restoration. After the delivery of your work and receiving your approval all of your image files will be deleted from our servers, if you will. All feedback and images on our web site are posted by written permission of our customers. When making the payment by credit card, your card information is safe because we do not have access to that information and rather we collect the payment through PayPal, which is a highly secure site.



	Copyright

	The pictures that have copyright law protection can not be accepted for restoration. Before we proceed with editing your photo, you will be asked to checkmark an electronic agreement letter confirming the legitimacy of your picture. All material in KAM Photo Restoration web site are protected by copyright law and may not be copied, redistributed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way without a prior written permission of the owner.



	Liability

	We strongly recommend you to provide us with the digital photograph. If for any reason (such as not having access to a scanner) you intend to mail us your original photo, we can not be responsible for the loss or damage of your photo in the post.



	Exclusions

	KAM Photo Restoration excludes any retouching of the documents that are prohibited by the government to be manipulated, such as passport photograph and driver’s license. Moreover, any pornographic, lewd or abusive images will not be accepted by our company. Lastly, any images showing criminal acts, violence and child abuse are excluded by KAM Photo Restoration from restoration.



	Refusal Policy

	KAM Photo Restoration reserves the right to refuse, discontinue and terminate any assignment by a client at any stage of the work for any reason. Reasons for refusal of assignment include (not limited though) to illegal issues, suspected criminal acts, low quality scan or image file, immoral subject matter which can damage the reputation of our company. If the refusal happens after your payment, we will immediately refund you.



	Payment

	KAM Photo Restoration accepts payment directly through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account then we can charge you with an e-bill through PayPal's secure e-billing website.
